What the cabins  have to offer

Each of our cabins has Dish Network Satellite Television, regular size refrigerators ,  coffee maker/filter, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, linens, pillows, blankets. Cabins 1,2,3,4,8,12 all have charcoal grills.   Cabins 5,6 do not have a charcoal grill and they each have a mini size refrigerator.  We provide  toilet paper, dish soap. 

What the house has to offer

Two Bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each has a walk in shower, livingroom, dinning room a large kitchen with a large refrigerator, lots of cupboard space for your food, plenty of pots and pans, glassware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, propane cooktop/oven, coffee maker/filter, toaster. There are five bedrooms with a total of eight beds. One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and four bedrooms  upstairs with 5 single beds, two queen beds and a king size bed.  Covered porch overlooking  the lake with table and chairs. Covered porch off of the kitchen with Adirondack chairs and a propane grill.  We supply the  toilet paper, linens,  pillows, blankets. Dish Network Satellite Television &  WIFI. 

Smoking

There is  NO smoking and this includes vaping of any kind  inside any of the buildings.  Guests who smoke and or vape inside their rental units will be charged to their credit card a $150 cleaning fee. 

Cancellation  
Late cancellations  in your plans due to reasons beyond OUR control are non refundable.

Reservation deposits canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded. 

Deposits 

A 50% deposit of the total charge  is required to reserve  a reservation.  The balance  due on the reservation will be paid in full upon check in. Our mailing address is

Animals  
We do not allow pets of any kind on the property.  

Beach/Bath Towels 
We do not provide beach towels or bath towels you will need to bring your own. Communal Beach along the  750′ of shore line.

Before You Check Out
We ask that you please empty out the frig. & freezer  and  put back  any furniture that you have moved back where it was when you checked in,  wash your dishes(please do not leave DIRTY dishes in the sink) and  take out your  garbage and recyclables.  Please turn off all lights and turn down the heat.This makes it a little easier on our cleaning staff and faster for  a possible earlier check in for the next person.

 
Boat Dock
We have two  boat docks available, please mention you are bringing a boat or renting a boat when you make your reservation.
 
Quiet Time
For the enjoyment of all of our quests quiet hours are  10pm -8am. 
 
WI-FI / Cell Phone Service

We do have wireless internet and the strongest signal is located in the office and The House.

Local AT&T and Verizon cell phone service.

Satellite TV 
Each Unit has its own television with Dish Network Satellite Television.

Communal Fire Pit

At the waters edge there is a nightly fire, and we provide ALL firewood and marshmallow sticks.
