What the cabins  have to offer

Each of our cabins has satellite TV, regular size refrigerators ,  coffee maker/filter, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, toilet paper, linens, one pillow per person, two blankets per bed. Cabins 1,2,3,4,8,12 all have charcoal grills.   Cabins 5,6 do not have a charcoal grill and they each have a mini size refrigerator.  We provide trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap. In the house we also provide dishwasher soap.  

What the house has to offer

Two Bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each has a walk in shower, livingroom, dinning room a large kitchen with a large refrigerator, lots of cupboard space for your food, plenty of pots and pans, glassware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, propane cooktop/oven, coffee maker/filter, toaster. There are five bedrooms with a total of eight beds. One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and four bedrooms  upstairs with 5 single beds, two queen beds and a king size bed.  Covered porch overlooking  the lake with table and chairs. Covered porch off of the kitchen with Adirondack chairs and a propane grill.  We supply the  toilet paper, linens, two pillows per person and two blankets per bed. Dish Network Satellite Television &  WIFI. 

What Rooms 9 & 10 have to offer

There is a mini frig, Dish Satellite TV, private bath with a shower/tub unit and a view of the lake.  There is no cooking of any kind inside the Rooms.  We provide towels but do not provide daily Housekeeping.   Room 9 has a king bed and Room 10 has two queen beds.

Smoking

There is  NO smoking and this includes vaping of any kind  inside any of the buildings.  Guests who smoke and or vape inside their rental units will be charged to their credit card a $150 cleaning fee. 

Cancellation  
Late cancellations  in your plans due to reasons beyond OUR control are non refundable.

Reservation deposits made with a credit card for the CABINS and HOUSE that are canceled 30 days prior to your arrival date.   Reservations for Rooms  9 & 10  that are canceled  14 days  prior to your arrival date will also be refunded. 

Deposits 

A 50% deposit of the total charge  is required to reserve  a reservation. When using a credit card there is a 3.5%  processing fee from Square, if you cancel your reservation this 3.5% is not refunded.  The balance  due on the reservation will be paid in full upon check in. Animals  
We do not allow pets of any kind on the property. Prior to your arrival, arrangements can be made at the kennel in town: Adilaska 518-624-2050, Pat & Mike.

Beach/Bath Towels 
We do not provide beach towels or bath towels you will need to bring your own.Please do not bring any of the blankets or furniture from your cabin outside. Communal Beach along the  750′ of shore line.

Housekeeping
We do not provide daily maid service/housekeeping. We ask that you please empty out the frig. & freezer  and  put back  any furniture that you have moved back where it was when you checked in,  wash your dishes and  take out your  garbage and recyclables.  Please turn off all lights and turn down the heat.This makes it a little easier on our cleaning staff and faster for  a possible earlier check in for the next person.

 
Boat Dock
We have two  boat docks available, please mention you are bringing a boat or renting a boat when you make your reservation.
 
Quiet Time
For the enjoyment of all of our quests quiet hours are  10pm -8am. 
 
WI-FI / Cell Phone Service

We do have wireless internet and the strongest signal is located in the office and The House.

Local AT&T and Verizon cell phone service.

Satellite TV 
Each cabin, #9, #10 & the house has its own television with Dish Network Satellite Television.

Communal Fire Pit

At the waters edge there is a nightly fire, and we provide all firewood.

Septic System

Each Cabin,Room and The House  will accommodate a specific number of people in order for the septic system to work properly and not overload.  PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANY  grease, paper towels, sanitary napkins/tampons, wipes OF ANY KIND, rubber or latex products, etc.
